How to i smooth out my start up?

Well every time I start my truck the rpm's jump around bad some times even die but rarely . And ive been trying to fix it with no luck. Ive tried more timing, spark, start up flash ups i just dont know how to do it so if anyone with tuning experience can help me out that would be great.

Every thing else in my tune is great except the start up. but once it it stops surging the rpm's steady.

it's probably too rich on the idle tables. If you have a wideband try to get the idle mixture close to 15:1. When it gets warmed up and in closed loop, that's probably when it starts to run correctly.

oh...idk bout efilive, but in hpt there is an idle air startup table
u prob need to add air to that...it will let the IAC open more to let more air in, heres what it looks like in HPTuners
