P0803 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit
    P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
(x2)P0480 Coolant Fan 1 Control Circuit
(x2)P0481 Coolant Fan Relay 2 Control Circuit

    EVAP Codes....
(x2)P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit
(x2)P0449 EVAP Canister Vent Solenoid Valve Control Circuit
(x2)P0452 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input

the evap stuff will be taken out, and the fans arent wired up to the pcm so the only one im worried about is the p0300 code...can the p300 be remedied by some new plugs/wires?

and explain the p0803 code, that cags showing up, or a bad soleniod i need to replace?

    thanks.

You can just disable the misfire code in the PCM. I kept getting 300 also even though everything in my motor was new or rebuilt.

what if you had a misfire sometimes..you wouldnt know it then, right? just get it tuned out? no driveability issues(ie. stumble breaking up, etc)

i just want the light off and it in good working order.

    Found this on that p0300.....
    possible causes:
    Camshaft position sensor (CMP)
Low fuel: less than 1/8 tank
    Stuck open EGR val
2003 Arrival Blue Silverado SS.....I just can't leave $hit alone.

ill have to check out thje CMP, but it's got about 3/4 of a tank of gas, and the egr shouldve been tuned out. theres no emissions equiptment on it.

someone on my local board mentioned this...
"P0300 is usually thrown by even the smallest of aftermarket cams."

i seem to lean on sinmce it sat for quite a while, its a bad coil or plug. im gonna change the plugs asap.

Did you do the crank relearn procedure? (I know you have to do it, but I don't know how to do it).

fuel pressure hasnt had any problems and vacum leaks are nowhere to be found. im hoping its something as simple as a fouled plug or bad coil
