Nelson tune on a 4.3 liter?

Hey guys I did use the search option, but couldn't find anything relevant.

Has anyone had a Nelson tune on their 4.3 liter full size? I have a 2001 Chevy with a drop in K&N and a 50 series flowmaster, exiting in the stock location. I know some will say 'just swap in an LQ9' or something like that, but I like my little V6. Plus I want to leave the original motor, due to alot of sentimental value the truck has.

Will I see any type of noticeable torque or mpg gains with a Nelson tune? Anyone have any experience with this?
