    bad "popping" sound from exhaust

At idle and not warmed up, my truck "pops" real bad out of exhaust. Intermittently. When I hear the pops I shut it off.
Any ideas of where I should start troubleshooting, or what to look for?
This is my 6.0 swap, just got tune today, but I was having the issue before the tune.
    thx for any info.

Plugs and wires are brand new, but I did check them anyway, look fine.

looks like someone threw a firecracker at the camera, you can see a flash.
Not sure what would cause that.

you sure the plugs are all good? That looks like not all the gas is getting burned in the combustion chamber, and its getting set off in the exhaust by the cats, or maybe just heat.

blown out cats? Fuel vapors sit in there and then pop.

    ok,
i pulled the plugs again. I can now see some evidence.
When I pulled them I saw a difference.

sry for crappy pic, but the plug farthest to the right was clean, like it never fired. The other 3 had a little soot on them.
I tried troubleshooting, pulled fuel pump fuse, pulled wires and turned it over, did not see any spark from the plug that looked new, so I switched around plugs wires and changed coil packs, I saw spark one time on a different coil pack, is it me or is the spark that hard to see?
    thx for any input.
