Windows XP vs Vista with HP Tuners...

I am close to getting HP Tuners. But first I need to buy a laptop. Most new laptops come with Windows Vista. I have heard some bad things about Vista. The only way to get a laptop with Windows XP is to special order one. My question is...Is anyone running HP Tuners on a Vista OS and if so, are there any issues?

Any recommendations, Vista related or otherwise, regarding a laptop purchase would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Vista you need a minimum of two gigs of ram to run it, it sits idle running off of 1 gig. to have it run some what fast and smoothly you need 3 gigs. if you plan on having programs and lots of files you need 4+

I just got the Beta version of HP Tuners next update, and my Vista Ultimate finally works. Until now I have had to use my XP laptop. Vista users rejoice in the next update!
