Question Intake swap - retune required?

I have everything here, or on it's way, to swap to the 90mm TB & LS2 intake. I have the Torque Performance TB adapting harness too.

Question is, do I need a retune for it to run? I know I need a retune for performance, but will it run at all after the swap? I am changing out from the 78mm TB & truck intake. Injectors will be reused, so that isn't an issue.

but of course. You're letting more air in so a new tune is a must.

I would figure it would run, but not perfectly. You don't think it will run?

    EDIT -
Just heard from Allen, it should be OK to drive down for a retune.

It will run but not very well. Plan on spending some time with Allen tuning it.

I was thinking exhaust this weekend, and maybe the intake swap too. It is going to be too cold to work at the house, so maybe the shop instead???

    Retune trip maybe next Friday?
