how do you guys put the pictures were you write at
When you hit add reply you can go to the picture icon that say insert image (looks like a tree). When you hit that button, copy the url where your picture is stored or in some cases you can upload and the image if the forum alows it.

Go to photobucket.com and set up an account so you can store your photos on their server. Then you can hot-link them.
