    Got the first snowfall Friday and over the weekend. Looke like the Firebird will be off the road until spring. Hopefully, I will get a carbon fiber driveshaft this winter and save up for paint in the spring. What mods are you guys planning for the winter?
    1991 Formula Firebird

    2001 LS1/4L60E, 3.23 posi rear
    Comp XE 216/216 .577/.577 114LSA cam
    918 Springs, hardened pushrods
    Yank SS3600 torque converter
    PCM reprogrammed for cam and converter
    3" exhaust
    BRM Adjustable torque arm, tubular read LCAs
    Spohn Adjustable panhard bar, front steering brace
    Spohn Subframe Connectors
    4th Gen style wheels
    Bilsteins sport struts and shocks

    In tx are mods go year round, lol, it hasn't snowed here in ages.
    hell if it did the whole damn city would shut down and the news would be non stop about the snow.

    looks like a cam and headers in the new future.

    I am waiting on snow so the city will close. Working on money now to maybe mod again or buy an LS1. Truck has 130,000 + miles on her and I want to keep her looking good.

    That's how it is here in the Dallas area...last Feb we got snowed/iced in and everyone about shit a brick. hahaha. It was fun doing 4 wheel drifts in the ice in my Z71.

    you'd think texas was hell the way the weather fluxuates...my bro used to live out there and always told us about them puttin dry ice in the pools to cool it off in the summer when its ~110 (or somehting like that) and then theres all these stories about being snowed in in texas.

    Hell yesterday in the Dallas area it was in what the 60's until about 1pm then dropped off to the 30's by nightfall due to a cold front! hahahahaa
