I found out what the problem was on the truck. The oil pump return on the turbo has a high low switch in the cab. I have been running it on low and the switch went out friday morning making an oil bath of the trucks rear and the intake side all the way to the motor
. I checked the plumbing today finding oil everywhere
. funny the truck still runs O.K
.
My question to everyone is how do I clean out the intercooler? Do I need to take it to a radiator shop?
Man I am glad they put an alarm switch in the cab to tell you the pump is not running, the bad thing is I was on the highway when it decided to go out talk about oil pressure at 75mls an hr.
Shit Happens! It could have been worse I guess.
