    Show me your exhaust piping!

About to get cracking on my lq9 swapped 1990 c1500... I think I ordered just about everything to complete the swap in three weeks, except I need some ideas on exhaust routing. The truck is bagged, soon to be body dropped, and running schoenfeld swap headers.

I'm also going to turn down the muffler before the axle.

So like the title says, post up photos of your exhaust routing!

This is my exhaust after my Y-pipe. It turns down before the axle.
    Its simple!

Thanks for the post Lilbro, what diameter is that piping? I'd like to keep it a complete 3" exhaust, but I'm not sure I'd have the room for it. From what I'm measuring I'll have to reduce to a 2.5" and Y it in like factory... which I'd rather not do.

i like that a lot.... what flanges did you use at the header? also where did you get the mandrel bend for the driver side so it will clear the trans crossmember? im in the process of building the exhaust for my 95 c2500 ls1 swap

12thstreetjunkman, That looks perfect! Thanks for the photos, I'm trying to figure out the routing and that appears to be the best way to go since my truck is bagged and lays frame.
