How do I convert th400 to electric speedo?

Truck is a 2000 rcsb, with th400, looking to make my speedo work finally, it's just a street truck, I don't absolutely need the speedo, but it's a nice novelty. I have seen the Dakota conversion units, also heard of people using a wheel speed sensor. Anyone done this that has an easy solution or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Pact makes an adapter for the rear of the t400 where the gear driven old style speedo would have went. Easy install. Used it for 3 years

5 dollar speed sensor. My brother waited 4 montgs maybe longer cause thought it was a bigger deal. Then greg at phx transmission pulled a electric driven speed sensor used off the shelf and ten mins later it was working.

Yep so lil bit of gas, want gregs email?

Its the exact sensor eclb speaks of but not that brand. He literally gave it to me. Cause said it wasn't worth the paper work. But e did have my saab for a long freakin time.
