    p0332

Well got the p0332 code today, knock sensor.should I replace both while I got the intake off? Do I need new gaskets for the intake or just rtv it? Anything to look out for? Also I have my right side exhaust is tapping my frame , could the sensor pick this up and it being irregular throw the code? It has done it for a while but now it is doing it all the time, I am about to take it to the exhaust shop and see if they can move away from the frame a little bit.

Intake gaskets are reusable. Dont touch it with RTV. Yes the exhaust touching the frame can and most likely will be picked up.

Intake gaskets are re-useable if they're green. Orange/red ones need replaced. I'm not sure when GM stopped using the orange ones, I think it was before 03 but I'm not 100%

True ACD should be OK as long as the warranty is intact. PLEASE do not gorilla torque them down.

That, or you have water in once of the knock sensor holes, and its corroded. It's a common thing with these trucks, when/if you replace the sensors, make sure you get the holes good and dry, then build a little dam out of silicone on the valley cover to help keep the water out.
Always buying things I dont need to impress people I dont know
