A buddy of mine has a05 z71 with a 6.0 and cam it keeps miss firing we changed plugs wires and coils
use a scanner to determine which cylinder is misfiring. All of them will be showing a misfire due to the cam, however, one will be sticking out.
when we get trucks in for diagnosing and the plugs have already been changed, 85% of the time it's a cracked plug due to incorrect installation.

After we changed the plugs it was missfiring on 1,7,8 then we changed the wires it was just 7,8 then we changed the coils it missed on all except 2and 3
Try cleaning the MAF then swap injectors around to see if it changes cylinders.

Fixed...it was a broke valve spring.

No it was a prc..uf it was a 918 it prolly would have dropped the valve
