    92' C1500 OBS 5.7L/forged 370ci swap

Here are photos of the truck after I got it home. The 370ci is tucked away in the tin shed behind it. Its completely straight throughout the whole body. The bumpers are crap, but the rest will be easy.

I'm planning to do an LS swap with a standalone harness, rebuild the 4l60e and control it with a TCM and shift it with a Cadillac STS stick shifter with standard pattern and a ratchet shift option. Paint colors will be graphite and candy red accents with some pinstriping. And i'm not sure about wheels yet. It has 5 lugs hubs, so unless I can switch to six lug, they'll have to be custom wheels and not some factory Chevy 20s.

So...thats where i'm at so far.

Oh! and a 94 Grille Upgrade with a frenched driving light bumper

That might be the way to fly Greg, i think i will get a set of the adjustable motor mounts before I buy anything else. I need to get the powerplant out for not and do some cleaning.

Dang, that sounds awesome! I think you will have to run a 58x crank, 4x cam in order to run a gen4 ecm/tcm combo. You may already know that. COOL project. Gonna juice the 370?

Not sure on the 370ci for FI or spray. I originally planned to install it in my 02' RCSB with twin t4Hybrid turbos. But if I can find a maggie cheap enough, i may top it off with a tvs2300. The TCM will be a TCI-brand controller. It will have to run independant of the ECM.

There's no inputs for control of the shifts with the stock 60e ECM control. The TCI unit has the manual aux. inputs.
