    hey guys. any of you done these same mods to nnbs 5.3? Im getting ready to cam and custom tune my truck, and Im curious on how much power these trucks make with those mods! Im also not to sure on what cam to go with! Im also trying to find a set of long tubes for this same truck (07) with an ORY, under $500
    if thats possible!

    What cam did you use I would lime to do this same setup on my 2000rcrb but would instill be able to tow my boat and stuff

    We used the big asa hot cam from GM.

    yes, the cam has good lowend and midrange for pulling.

    we just installed a 3000 converter and trans cooler, the converter really helped this truck off the line!

    Was this truck ever ran at the track?Times?
    04 Silverado ext cab. 4.8, K&N, Pacesetter lt's, e cutout, slp loudmouths, Wheatley tune.

    allen on what truck did u use the asa cam?the red 4.8 on this build up?or the 100 hp budget truck?i thought it was a 220 cam?
