I started body work on my truck last night, started pullin dents and finished welding up the stake holes. I ordered a tailgate handle relocator kit and a new grille last night also. I decided on painting the truck sterling silver, i think itll look great with black and aluminum accents. My buddy and I built an adjustable spoiler for it all out of aluminum, it turned out great! we also build one for his truck. I just need to round the outter edges of mine. The blade and hingle of the spoiler will be painted black, and then all the brackets and turnbuckles will be polished to an almost chrome looking shine.

I also pulled the rearend out and all the rear supsension apart to get it ready for paint

No I was goin back and forth between white red and silver. Finally decided on that sterling silver. Not sure when the truck will actually get painted tho. Kinda just wanna get it running and driving since its gettin nice out.

I got my rear suspension bolted together last night with my new sway bar kit I got from my dad that I had to customize to make it work. Ordered all my brake parts today from oreillys so I should be able to finish the rear setup tonight. Then tomoro night I can undercoat the bottom side of my box and put that back on. It's turning out real nice.

Are you running the stock tank? Or running a cell? Was the 4-link specifically to put the Impala rearend in an OBS or was it all fabricated?

EDIT; I guess my question is, will the stock tank fit with this?

I wanted a traingulated 4 link with coil overs for autocross, the 4 link is made up of a RideTech universal kit from summit racing, upper UMI control arms for a 96 impala, and some custom fab work my chassis guy did. I bought the rear end from a friend to get the disc brakes and diff out of and it just happened to work better to use the entire rear end. The stock fuel tank wont fit anymoer because of the upper left link, it probably could be done changed or done differently to fit the stock tank but im running a cell in the box.

Thanks for all the comments guys!
