    I wouldn't regrind the cam. Pretty sure you will be fine running the stocker injectors, but just get some 60lbers and be done with it. I ran them on a 4.8 so they wont be too big. Are you getting 243 heads. If so I would go with a larger cam than that.

    Yes I am going to use the 243 heads. I don't really want a high rpm cam. Its going in a 4x4 tow rig/ daily driver so I don't need a drag strip cam. I am kind of trying to stay on moderate side of things to avoid mass tuning problems. I don't necessarily want a big lopey cam because I want low and mid range more so than top end high rpm power.

    I am having trouble finding a thread pertaining to the fule pump swap. Does anybody make a direct swap kit? or have a link to the thread about this modification to the "bucket"?

    my 255 just went right in, i dont remember having to modify anything

    I have the oppurtunity to pick up some 44# racetronix injectors (#17113739) for $120 shipped. They have about 2500 miles on them from what I know. Would it be worth it to pick these up? or would it be better to buy new?

    As long as they are direct fit, they'll be good.

    They are the same connector, direct fit, so i picked those up and ordered a Walboro Gss-340. Now I just need get on ordering the rotating asy for the bottom end and build the thing!
