I doubt you would be able to see anything. White is the best looking because the stock cluster is hard to show any light what so ever. Red is the lowest on the spectrum so not much light would be shown. It would be pretty dull

You think it would be the same for an escalade or some other non-stock cluster?

Im not really sure about the escalade cluster. The bad thing about these clusters and the way the lights are made and placed is that there are hot spots.. So i dunno about red. I mean the blues i think are right next to the white on the spectrum and the blue on mine have some hot spots

What do you mean ''hot spots''?
Its not like I cant give it a try...where did you get your bulbs? What did they cost you?

My gauges look a lot brighter then this, the camera was just not on it at the time. But you can see exactly where each bulb is placed and the "hot spots" on the cluster. meaning the light isnt necessarily evenly distributed around because of how the LED bulb shines

mines close to all white.. its the white escalade one

Thats from a 99 right? Do those only come in some models? Was it hard to find?
