don't tell me it was Little River or Praire Hill. both of them suck... ennis would be cool, but so would RED LINE would be a good one as well.

Apparently you can trailer and win furthest travel, I'm pretty sure I was the furthest to DRIVE and RACE, but a guy who I heard trailered from Keywest got the furthest traveled. I think the rules should be better stated next time, since there wasn't any for the award on the first go around . Was still a fun time, even if I did have to borrow a tranny and swap it in just to get back home,

i really think since the SAR meet was such a big success, we should stick to SAR!!! its right in the middle for most of us I would say..... it would suck if we try somewhere else and the outcome would sucked? i say dont change the location, cause it was a great turnout, plus we know they prepped real good, and the most important thing, ITS A 1/4 MILE track! imo, 1/8 tracks are a waste of rubber on the tires... got to get a full pass in the 1/4 to see real results...

and by the way another SAR rental in like Oct. would be awesome, not too hot, just some mild weather.....

IMO it should be spread about....I would think the attendance would start to dwindle if you made me and others drive 6-8 hours or alot more for some to get there every few months.

1/8 mile stuff 1/4 mile stuff does not matter. If you need a 1/8 mile to get it going you need better tires. LOL

well the rest would probley turn out like the houston one did, it didn't ahhahaa, make it a yearly thing at sar, it will grow each year with more sponsers and more people. Best date would be in march of every year to let everyone get through the holidays. But hey february was badass for this event, even though I sold my truck 3 weeks before the meet hahha. JMO

It is amazing Northern guys will drive 6-8 hours to a race, but Houston just thinks that too far. We have a track here that I have only been to once.
Maybe a north v south shoot out.

I seen in alot of pics people wearing thick shirts, was it cold or just cool and windy at SAR in Feb.

vv8 is right, let it be at SAR and it will grow each year.... i know some of you drove 8hrs to SAR, but you have to take into account where MOST of the people are coming from.... for ex: the guys from RGV are a very big crowd, and its going to be a 10hr drive for them, then odds are they wont go, cause they have a very huge truck crowd at their local track, not like most of us in other places, that would like to see a big truck crowd... i'll end up going anywhere, but it would be nice to start something like this and make it grow as the years go by, and not to mention more sponsors which will equal less $ for us to race!
