I'm through voting for TOM over there and might not go back there at all. The person I voted for was clearly winning, and it seems like the mods chose who they wanted to win! Props to those who really won and still maintain the dignity to congratulate the one that was chosen! I may be way off base here as I guess I clearly don't know the whole story. Anyway like I said I'm done voting in this contest and damn glad we don't have one!

You're absolutely right, you don't know the whole story. Please reserve judgement until you do. I have a few things to take care of, and then I will make an announcement concerning everything that went on. If you're just dying to know more, PM Lance, maybe he'll fill you in a little bit.

Wow. It is unreal what people will do or say just to get votes for some Internet poll. I read up on what has happened and it is over now and I do not want to keep on stirring the pot. I am sorry to see crap end up like this, but lets hopefully keep that crap and riffraff from infiltrating this site.

Thats pretty much what happened. Cuerva and Blue were WELL ahead before any support threads came up, the people running TOTM got pissed because people wanted Blue or Cuerva to win so threads to get more votes were posted. I dont personally dont see the big deal since they were both well ahead of the other two and both contestants had support threads. Ill give you some cliff notes of what happened, I was in the middle of the whole thing surprise, surprise lol.

-Cuerva and Blue pulled ahead by 50+ votes with only a week left in the contest
-Cuerva and Blue were within a handful of votes from each other
-Thread was started on RGV in support of Cuerva
-Votes for Cuerva jumped ahead by 5-6 votes
-Thread was started in the southern section on pt by silver-mod-o to get votes
-Blue pulled ahead by a few votes
-Cuerva caught back up and it was pretty much even
-I started this thread to get some more votes for him
-Blue started pulling back ahead
-DLH2006 started the thread on GMFS in the WW section for votes saying he would give passes to porn sites if people went and voted, but he posted the links anyways, tons of them I might add.
-Brobrah got mad because he said it was unfair, because people were getting bribed to vote, yet obviously they didnt have to vote to get passes because DLH had already posted 40+ links within the first 2 hours
-Myself, sprayed99, DLH2006, and Brodrah got in an arguement in TOTM on PT and GMFS a bit, by the end of the night we were talking about goat porn
-Everything was fine, everyone got their point across
-Next day 203cree blows his top saying we have tarnished the competition even and made it unfair basically although the two candidates who had threads in support had almost double the votes of the nearest competitor before any support thread was started


So thats pretty much it, mods got their panties in a wad because we wanted someone to win, the contest was fair between the two highest voted contestants because they both had threads, I fail to see where its a problem. Im sure there should be a rule that says if a support thread from another site is found then they lose automatically, and only support threads on PT be allowed. I think it has all been blown out of proportion and everyone needs to quit taking the internet so damn seriously, its the INTERNET, not real life, you arent going to die because of something someone says on here. So dont act like you are.
