One of the dark green wires is for the temp gauge, the other will be the speedo wire. Follow the traces from each one on the cluster to see where they go. One trace will go to the speed dial, that's the one you will tie into. I'll try to get a picture of that.

Edit- looks like it won't be that simple. The easiest way I can think of at the moment is to check for continuity between each of the dark green wires that go to the cluster and the dark green wire from the drac behind your glove box. Then tap into the one that has continuity. I just tapped into the dark green at the drac. The solid dark green.

Could you be a little more specific as to how you got your gauges working? So far I only have the temp working and I'm trying to figure out if I should run my oil pressure gauge sender wire (coming from the gauge) directly to the sensor or to the PCM.

I used the 95 oil pressure sensor and sending unit and just got an adaptor to thread it into the 5.3

I just reused the stock lines and got adaptors that allowed me to connect them to the 5.3 fuel rails

So far the swap has 500 miles on it and works awesome so naturally I had to tear it all back apart... I picked up a polished d1sc procharger for it along with big red race valve, intercooler, boost gauge, wideband air fuel, and a shift kit. So far I have the head unit and intercooler mounted. Looking for ideas on how to run the intercooler piping if anyone has pics that would be awesome!!

Any pictures of the blower? Does the intercooler fit behind the grille? What size is it?
