How's the build coming? I'm curious to see what it does once you can get the small turbo to come on sooner!

Im leaving the line with 2 or 3 psi and only at 2100rpm. My drum breaks are extremely weak and can't hold anything past 2100rpm with out spinning the tire. Im converting to disk brakes out back so that should help me get my rpms and boost up at the line. id like to see 1.7 to 1.6 60ft. One thing is for sure this 4.8 wouldnt be spinning the T6 S480 if it wasnt for the compound set up. Very happy with the results so far.

none of that answers the question why is it only picking up 24mph? ive seen NA setups net those gains. are the IATs pulling timing? or is the compound setup choking up, up top?

if you adjust your drum brakes enough they will hold much better then disks for what stock options are. toss new shoes and drums on and make sure the brakes are adjusted right. get a new proportioning valve and adjust the bias more rear. you can also use the ebrake at same time and get plenty of brake force to build boost

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference

IAT was 131 and motor was running hot because of bad fan relay. ECT was at 250 by the end of the run. Total timing was at 12.5 degrees. I don't have any videos but I'm waiting on a guy that took a vid of this run. I'll post them once he does.

Yeah definetly a lot left in it. We will be turning the boost up to low 20psi range for the SAR meet. Hope to get some nice 10sec runs in.
