becareful now. Those on3 turbos have a really small exhaust exducer. Its only 65mm. So that is going to limit high rpm power anyway. If I were building it I would go with a 76mm with the 1.0 divided housing. Thats what Im running on mine and I dont have any problem spooling it. Your truck is a good bit heavier than mine and being you have a 4.8 your motor is going to have more load on it all the time to get your heavier truck moving. I doubt you would have any problem spinning that turbo and making some low end torque. Now the 70mm should come on a little sooner, I just dont want you to be running out of steam too soon

Also what size oil fittings are you guys using? -3 in -10 out or are you using -4 with a oil restrictor?

I would think your CR is higher than that. Do you know your engine code? And Im running a -3 feed and -10 return with no restrictor and no problem.

I work in a hydraulic shop so I used what was free. 1/4 inch hyd hose no restrictor and a 1/2 inch hyd hose for return. I have a small 1x1 inch resivor about 5 inches long under my turbo the 1/2 inch hose connects to.

Being that my compression is low and the sizes are a bit smaller for this brand what are we thinking on the ar. Looking for Low to mid range power, .68,.81,.96 I would like it to be pretty close to full boost when my converter is past the stall point.
