AFAIK you cannot use a 2 wire knock sensor in a Gen3 PCM harness/tune. Go get a set of knock sensors from a Gen3 setup. I could trade you mine for your's but I cannot guarantee they're any good.

the 25/64th the knock sensors goes in perfect, wrong size. the 3/8 hole it threads into some, the 23/64th its just small enough to not let it thread in an gives you enough room to tap. the 11/32 is way too small.

11/32 is the right bit..its just enough to knock the current threads out an rethread it with a 10mmx1.5 tap an it works perfect.
