    just bought a 89 chevy "High Caliber" sliverado with 74,000 miles, blown motor, but had a z28 ls1 sitting in shop......

    Got any pics? I've never seen or heard of a High Caliber Silverado

    ya im trying to get the pics, it was built in mansfield tx, i have never heard of it but its number'd 4000 of 4457, its like the USA showtrucks...as soon as i can get camera to upload i will have pics

    well i was wrong on the silverado, its a cheyenne, but i had posted some pics of truck there we_fly_high

    When I was in high school, I drove the Tahoe that I still have. Any morning that it had rained or the parking lot was wet I would come in sideways, spinning tires and messing around and the same when leaving.
    I had a good friend who was a year behind me and he later told me people would ask where that guy that was always drifting his Tahoe went. (obviously using drifting as a generic term)
    So he started calling me Tahoe Drifter and so did several of my other friends.
    And my trucks nickname, besides the obvious ('Hoe) is Slow Green Blur. That's another story... Lol

    I thought it was like a "drifter" circa fastnfurious wanted to hear a cool sorry but got all ricer!

    Drifter (person), a person who is continually moving from place to place, without any fixed home or job
