I have to deal with some big dawgs in my industry from time to time and I have to be very careful with my verbage or I could get my company shut down. I don't give a rip who f'd up, all I see here is a businessman that needs to calm down and take a hit. The more you diss the customer man the less you will have. Not diss'n you, just stating some facts :shrug:

How about a pic of your fuel rail with a melted wire?
What is your lame excuse for this short on the Alternator wire. It just decided to rub on the fuel rail on its own? There is no ground near by that can carry the current needed to burn the red wire.

exactly ! you wired the damn thing ,you tell me where the ground is ! And did it ever occur to you that maybe two other wires got hot and as they were melting they melted into the red wire ?

I have no problem with the workmanship of the harness .Its the fact I know that things happen and that a bad product gets through sometimes to the customer but DYNATECH has never had a complaint about one of his harnesses burning? THIS IS THE FIRST ONE ! If it were my business, I would do whatever I could to make the customer happy even if it ment giving a refund and eating a burnt harness. But apparantly he is self centered and would rather have someone talk about how bad his busineess practices are rather then how great he takes great care of his customers.
Remember ! customer service is what keeps businesses going !

i'm glad he's sending me my parts. but you know what, and i'm generally not one to say this or call someone out on it, but this is too much of a coincidence for me. i'm gonna have to throw up the
flag on this one. i think the parts were never shipped. i have never in my life lost anything via the postal service. now i know its possible, and i know its happened to other people. but this time, and under these circumstances, with everything that has happened, i'm gonna have to throw up the flag. don't mean to put dynatech down but this is too much for me. now i have to wait ANOTHER 5 days to get my parts. yay.
