I've got to go in there tomorrow, I need some wire to finish out my lines for my LC-1 wideband, I am due to receive my EIO from hptuners next week! I have to run 2 lines from my fusebox area where it is powered, to the center of my dash where it will come out the bottom (I have the split bench seat w/no center console). I am interested to see what kind of recommendations on the guage that I get out of them. I wanna mess with their heads some, I just gotta think of something good I know they will screw up on.

Call the Chevy dealer and ask for "Price and Availability" for an '06 Silverado 1500 front bumper paintable top cap. The reply is, "Without a VIN we can not find that part. Go find an '06 with what you want and bring in his VIN."

    That is flat A$$ Lazy..........

I went to the GM dealer in Round Rock and tell the parts guy I did not get my VHO stickers and want to see if he can find them while I am waiting for my truck at the service counter. I never told him what VHO was nor what year. He came back 5 minutes later and had a print out that showed me what they looked like and how much they would cost for him.... I know where I go now for parts!!!

oh hell they were talking about gettin the VIN number to look stuff up in Advance today. I was picking up some wire, wire strippers and electrical tape so i could finish wiring my connections for my wideband, and this guy came in with a 2500hd. I think it was an 05. Then they start talkin about which antifreeze you should use and the guy was like "DONT under any circumstance use the green stuff", the he proceeded to sell him the new yellow crap that can mix with anything supposedly. I was kind of close to them so I said "I've been running green in my 99 for a couple years now, why havent i had any problems?" He proceeded to tell my cause mine was a 99 and it was ok for me to use that! I just laughed an walked back to my isle.

That is crazy. The thing that really sucks is when you do find a good employee they usually screw him or her over and they leave. Then you are stuck searching again.
