Don't waste your time, attention, or maybe most importantly MONEY on suing him. You won't get a dime because if he still has any of YOUR money any longer, they'll be some BS way for him to "prove" he's broke. It's a tough pill to swallow but it's a fact the one that loses in this situation, loses no matter the effort put forth.
