Stop buying gas for 1 day, like a vast majority of the country. That would prob hurt the market greatly.. Other then that what can we really do?? Buy electric cars?? It just a fukning crime because they no we will buy it..

As prices rise people will start to drive less, and drive prices back down. And when that happens the car will get a cam and the truck will get a 6.0. But to keep prices low I vote more domestic and offshore drilling. That or convert the car to run on moonshine

Our demand is falling at a constant rate. Unfortunately we won't be the biggest demander soon and it won't matter what we do anymore. If we want to keep demand and prices down we need to force electric cars on everyone especially china and india. If china had nothing but electric cars we wouldn't have this problem. Also more alternative energy would help world wide(solar wind etc) Its kinda fun to think we are sucking the middle east dry and in 20 years we will be the only ones with oil left. haha too bad it won't end up working out that way.

Boone Pickens attempted a giant windfarm in OK... It failed miserably. He's one of the biggest oil tycoons around.
