oh dont forget the gasket and oring for it at the dealership. also u get that piece from time2kill on sss.com? it was easy enough to put it the planetary gear can be tricky to get off but after that its a cinch

Yeah Got the gear and it is in. Had to modify a tool to get it in but it is in.
Kbracing told me that the 2500hd 5 speed front shaft is the one that will work. The 2500hd shafts are thinner. Maybe due to the linkage. I am in uncertain territory.
I still have 3 to 4 weeks to wait on the trans.
