    it was the ignition switch... 140 for part and labor. Been fixed for a month now.
    Program is back on and she grabbed 2nd for the first time.

    Yes, it happens often at the dealer level. This and the knowledge of the difference between electrical trans codes and mechanical/hydraulic trans codes helps too. Also having access to all of the schematics and bulletins helps.
