Of course they got mad when I crapped on a "loved" member. But you would be suprised at the pm's I got from people that had been wanting to ask the same ?s I did. We won't get into that again though

I'm not trying to single anyone, I'm really trying to help. They want this site to be on a higher level...so that instructors can let their students look on here for educational purposes. If they don't want the kids seeing cusswords, then I'm sure they don't want them seeing things like discussing edited or things of that sort

I expect feedback on this but there is no need to bash me in this thread

The only thing I have seen recently in the threads that offended me was a racial slur from a well known member. +1 keep it clean everyone.

In all honesty nothing really offends me. I love dirty jokes, cussin is pretty much standard anymore and that's just the way it is.

But if this site is going to be viewed by students under the guidance of their instructor, ALL of that stuff should be prolly be left out...if that's the demographic that you're after

I feel that a lot of this could be solved by having an off topic section.

There are obviously a lot of friends on here and that is great but I personally see a lot of topics get a bit more off topic then I would like. You read good info but then you have to wade through a few posts or maybe pages of people poking at each other.

I do love how light natured this site is but after a while it gets boring sifting through a bunch of one liners.

There are mostly men on this site and I feel that most of the women that enter this site are cool enough to roll with the punches (ex: Mellisa). I think that getting in trouble for using F is kinda dumb.

Might seem a little off the topic, but I bet you that most infractions are used in off topic light hearted banter, and an off-topic section with lighter moderation would cut most of this out.

Unlike Taxes, and Tickets this site doesn't make money off infractions, so making the life of the mods easier is always nice, because I'm sure as this site gets bigger they would much rather get the spammers out.

Now my point...I told Moze to go edit himself...it was out of line and I'm sorry...kinda. BUT...what about the people who use the sayings like, LMAO, edit, that A stands for a cussoword right? Or the people with obsene user titles like "peeing in your butt" or there is a thread about a tap and bit that ends up talkin about how long or short someones "pecker" is...

I like what you're doing with the site, I have no problem not cussin here, I don't cuss that much anyways...I like that most threads here are informational to some degree with not a bunch of BS...but let's not just pick on an outsider such as myself...

If I'm going to receive an infraction for typing "F" then I think people need one for LMAO and edit as well...and any of the other vulgar stuff around, even if its your friends...

Here is your answer.

The rules are quite simple, when you break them under any circumstances the response by the mods will be the same. As you can clearly see now that you have received infractions for breaking them with this post. There is never anything personal about them,

I would also like to thank you for pointing out a member who may be in violation of the rules. We cant catch everything and we do rely on our members to report posts and violations to keep this site friendly and welcoming to all people.

Typically we keep communication involving infractions private. Since you insist on making it public i will accommodate you. But if you really wanted an answer you could have PMed the admin or a Mod and would not have received any infractions as it would have been private and not on the public forum.
What you did do is called "trolling" which is another rule violation. I hope this answers all your questions.
Below you will find the rules you have received infractions for.

1. Expletives

No swearing is allowed. If you are not sure if a word is allowed it would be better to do without. If you use symbols in place of a word that is not allowed and it is clear that the word meant is in violation of these rules, you will receive an infraction. If you receive 3 infractions within a 30 day period you will automatically be banned from use of this website for a period of 30 days starting from the date of the first infraction received. If you feel you have received an infraction without due cause you may appeal the infraction by emailing admin@ls1truck.com. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your case has been received with a case number and a form to fill out. Any form that is not completely filled out in all fields will be considered a statement of withdrawal of the case and an admission of guilt. A decision will be reached within 30 days of the date the email is received by an unbiased third party with no association to this website, its owners, or any subsidiary of this site. If found innocent any and all charges incurred by the investigation will be paid in full by this website and normal membership will be restored/reinstated immediately. If found guilty you will be held liable for any costs incurred by the investigation, independent third party costs or any debts or fines that may accrue from the investigation. If found guilty you will have 30 days to pay in full any balance owed. After 30 days a late fee of 12% will be added to the cost of any debts or fines. If debt remains unpaid after 60 days the debt will be turned over to a debt collection agency and all legal recourse of collecting this debt will be used. Any information considered as private (email, address, SS#, etc...) that is held by this site or any site affiliated with this site will be used in an attempt to collect any debts, fines owed. This process is necessary to keep this site fair for all peoples of any age group regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation etc...


11. Trolling

“Trolling", or makings posts with the sole intention of creating discontent or problems on the forums is obviously against the forum guidelines. This includes registering an alternate ID for the sole purpose of creating problems on the forums. "Troll ID's" will be locked immediately and permanently, and can be locked or deleted without notification to the offender.
Making a second id to gain access to the board or for any reason while your primary id has been banned is considered trolling.
Using anothers id while your id is banned to gain access to the boards may result in both ids being deleted permanently.
