I bought a cheap xentech kit off ebay for like 70 shipped for my 10K HIDs

I spoke to soon, said i'd had them for over a year with no problems off ebay.. Lastnight my left one went out, all it does is flicker really dim. Xentec style, think the ballast is bad, or just has water in the connection from the carwash.
