Lingenfelter Gt2-3 cam

I'm new to the site but I've already gone through and searched the forums and didn't really find out what im trying to find out. I've also asked on a few other forums and asked a few people in my town. I'm going to go ahead and ask what i did on a few other sites to see if i get the same info. How well is a Lingenfelter Gt2-3 cam in a 5.3 rcsb with an intake exhaust and programmer? The truck is my DD and tow. I plan to turbo the truck in a couple years also is why i decided on looking at this cam. What would it sound like would it be really choppy or somewhat smooth? How much would it hurt my mileage and rpm range? What stall would i have to run if any for it also? What would i have to modify in my valve train other then the springs and retainers? I'm going to have the heads p&p with a 3 angle valve job and a shift kit put into the 4l60e tranny. I've been told its a good turbo/ supercharger or NA cam.
