Thanks guys. If I run into the 6.2l again Ill let everyone know. Maybe we can run from a dig, but im to sissy to run too much on the street. Got in too much trouble in the past

Well then invite him to the track, if he beats you pay his entry fee. If he looses he should pay yours. Thats usually how I handle these situations.

I never said the 6.2 would win. Remember that....LOL. I like Bryan's idea.

Good idea man... Ill give it a shot and hopefully he takes the bait. But I did pull away pretty hard, so he may not be dumb enough.

The talk around here is that they are shutting the two closest 1/4 mile tracks down. They are each over an hour from here. Hopefully this dosnt happen or I will have to drive to Dallas or Shrev. to race legal

Sux, man I live in Houston, and still have an hour drive to Baytown and a 40 minute drive to the closest 1/8 mile track at HMP. Houston is too damn big! The thing is nobody will question you when you stomp azz at the track! The only thing I have seen is people following you to the pits to find out how the stock looking chevy just beat them by half a track! In these cases I will offer to show them flaws in their setup for a beer or two. At the end of the night I put my stock rims and all terrains on and my wife drives us home!!
