    i might put a shot of nos on my truck also... just a small one.. maybe 100 wet cause i dont want to mess up my drivetrain.. then i might be doing high 13's... (hopefully)

    After all the mods you listed, and a 100 shot you should be in the 13's for sure! If you took some weight out of the truck you might be able to get into the 12's with spray.

    I would just get the cam and LT on first and see where you are performance-wise. A little Nitrous isn't a bad thing--i would mod it until i was done with boltons, then consider adding spray..,

    how can I take weight out of my truck? tx, are you talking about just cam & lt's?? or cam, lt's, stall, springs and pushrods then after those mods spray?? thanks!

    I see in your sig you have a pretty stout stereo. Though it sounds bad-a it does add a ton of weight, mainly those heavy subs behind the seat. The success of weight reduction really depends on how much you're willing to compromise, ie is having a beastly stereo worth a couple of tenths in the 1/4 mile. Personally I don't like to sacrifice much with my daily drivers, I am a big fan of custom audio myself and have run several systems in my trucks..so it's all preference but that's a place to start. As far as those mods, springs and pushrods are a must when swapping cams, and the stall and LT's are great complementary mods and pretty much necessities. So, like tx said I would start with those and see how happy ya are and go from there
