Can you do RTT with this OS ?

Ya, you sure can, it's just an older OS, I think the new OS Dale has is too new for hptuners.
But, I'd send your current OS to hptuner and have them work it, that should be cheaper.

I see , I did some looking and the 1260960 tune he had on his truck is for a 2004 with a L59 , 5.3L (Flex Fuel ?) , his is a LM7 (12587603) does that make any difference ?
Just curious .
Didn't Flex Fuel vehicles come with larger injectors (Flex Fuel motors have larger "Injector Flow Rates" than non FF motors) ?

I checked, the IFR is the same on his current file he's running in the truck and this file.
