Ok so i went and picked up my truck yesterday, No its not done still looks the same actually it looks worse because of the dried sanding dust and overspray all over it, it had been 3 weeks and the body shop hadnt touched it well my insurance is paying for my rental which will only cover for 1 month well anyways i call the gecko to have em call the body shop well the shop tells them the truck is ready to paint they are just waiting on the hood, i tell gieco thats impossible i went by there friday and nothing was done. So sure enough i go over there, and there it sits just like the day i took it in. I told em just give me my truck back ill take it some where else, so gecko said they would just cancel the check and cut a new one to what ever shop i want this time though im setting it up so all the parts are here they have all the paint and thier booth is ready so it goes in gets done and they bring it out, so hopefully in a few weeks ill have another update with pics of my new paint job.
