welcome to the site. My experience with the dealership and tuning was that they knew something wasnt right, but they didnt know what. My truck got broken into, and they jammed up the entire ignition so I got that replaced, (not under warranty or anything) but they had a hard time resetting a few things through the computer because Allen Nelson (the tuner on this site) locks his tunes, so the dealer had to go around it and couldnt really tamper with the tune. He asked me if I had done anything with like a hand held tuner to make it hard for him to go through the computer but I just told him I had it tuned and he locks them. He wasn't too happy about that and told me for future reference that I should keep them unlocked, then I told him to get down on his knees for saying that to me, because that wasnt going to happen... haha nah I didnt say that but I did laugh at him and tell him "whatever I dont even have a warranty so deal with it."
