Both servos I installed after the first tune so it definitely made my shifts harder/tighter. I would expect the same to a stock tune

what about getting just a vette servo and billet od servo installed? how would that effect driveability? will i need to install a shift kit with the od servo?

I would definately say do it. With the tune and the shift kit, I actually could chirp my tires from 1-2, but that happened on a rare occasion.

Get the vette servo, the billet or sonnax servo is just too much with a stock stall converter. I should know, it beats you to hell until a higher stall is installed.

I have a Vette servo in mine but i also have a built trans with shift kit and stall. My first tranny bit the dust not too long after I installed the Servo. But the first tranny had over 148000 miles on it ..
