Thread: Need New rear end ASAP! Need Info!

    Ok ran into another problem. Discount tire direct says the wheels I bought from them last year will not fit on the 14 bolt axel hub. They say the hub is bigger then the 10 bolt so the wheels wont fit. However I dont understand this because the hub is behind the brake drums and thats what the wheels are mounted on. The studs are the same size and spacing so that is not an issue. Anyone have any ideas?

    9.5" SF 6 lug will still work, the 10.5" FF will not.

    I think the drums on the 14 bolt sf sick out a half inch farther then my 10 bolt is that a problem or can I use the 10 bolt drums?

    14SF drums are a LOT larger which equates to better stopping...
