    Found some 5.3s on Craigslist that I think would work one 6.0 but we will see

    Might want to check everything else here before you go buying a motor. I'd hate to see you pull it out only to find converter bolts loose.

    just pull the starter and get a socket on each bolt and make sure they are all tight. will only take 30 minutes start to finish

    their are some shavings on the dip stick so I'll check everything else before I pull it tho

    ok before you go any further. pull your oil filter and cut the end off, remove the filter from inside it and inspect it. if you did spin a bearing youll see plenty of metal in the filter.
