Another possibility is that when you overfilled you soaked the giant o-ring that seals your fuel pump assembly to the tank and now the o-ring was attacked by the gas and now its leaking vapors out of the tank. I rolled the replacement o-ring on my truck and it stunk in the cab!
I think I might have the problem. I don't recirculate the blow off, I dump it over the drivers side fender and it was pointed towards the firewall. I changed it to dump in front of the battery, keep you posted. I did it this morning so I would like to drive it for a couple of days to be sure. An obvious over sight - I hope.
Thank you so much for the support.
Stock 6.0, 2500HD extended 4X4, intercooled Procharger, with 11psi, 42# Racetronix injectors, SW, Mainline Dyno'd 403.5 SAE RWHP 5200 !! Not too bad for the tow vehicle getting to the track on time. Thanks to Chris @ Big Power Racing in Bayshore L.I., and also a big Thanks to Lonnie @ Lonnie's Performance in PA for the new fuel system
Smell is not as bad but still there. The smell from the blow while running is exactly what I smell in the cab (gas vapor type odor).
I appreciate all the support.
Thank you
