My personal preference is a structured, curved or formed bill with a Velcro strap. That's probably too specific but I may try the xxl/xxxl. I think I wear a 7 3/8 fitted hat so, that size may work.

the XXL/XXXL are 7 3/8" - 8" & are structured, curve bill. the flat bills only go up to L/XL.
