    Spark plug wires

    Well im in need of some spark plug wires and i have a few questions. I was looking on summits web site and i was look at some taylor wire. should i just stay with the 8mm or go up to the 10.4 mm? And does the thicker gauge mean i can run a wider gap on the plug?

    I run Taylor 8mm and NGK tr55's I can't remember the gap on those though. I did notice a slight increase. I'm not much help on wether you can run a wider gap with the bigger wire, maybe someone else will chime in. The Taylor's are top notch product.

    Just stay with 8mm and taylors will be fine. I run the same on my turboed truck

    SoOoO, what is the benefit of going with better/larger wires? Reduced tendency of plug fouling and cylinder misfires or something else?
