    Uh yeah I could do one in my completely stock truck with 155,xxx miles before i even started modding it.

    Thats like the new vehicles with traction control. My buddies 08's will chirp and then stop even with it disengaged.

    BUT, I THINK if you click the E-brake down one click it deactivates it entirely.

    i have been posting this problem on gmfullsize the whole time i have owned my truck! even with all the crap turned off it seems to limit you. and those guys act like im a idiot. i as well have noticed i can power break it, let up slightly on the brake and it's like something releases and i can smoke them all day without traction control or anything getting in the way. how ever if i am in the mud or wet grass the thing goes nuts even disabled. it is def. a strange system...

    I imagine you can thank the recent trouble with Toyota for this move. Camaro and Corvette already have this, haven't heard too many complaints about it. Maybe it is already being tuned out?
