Something is obviously wrong, look into transmission slipping or if get a second dyno reading to be sure.
That power is close to what a hot 5.3L puts out.
As long as the a/f ratio is good, timing is good with no KR, the tune is probably good enough, cause like it was said, there isn't that much power left in the tune if it's close.

Did anything else change besides the engine?

Also replaced the stock air box with the GMPP CAI and had to use the vette accessories since the truck accessories wouldn't clear the intake on the new motor.

id say Gm overrated that motor. i do believe that rating is with no accesories. Also 12.4 is leaving a some ponies to be unspoken for. that combo should do around 380-400 realistically

Ya'll I was thinking that na motors performed best 12.8-13.2 sounds a little rich but still kinda weary of that trans, what gears do you have and tire size.

Trans worries me to, but with less than 5k on it I had to take the chance. Isn't the 80 longer than the 4L60? I'm running 3.73 gears and 275/17s. Also, the 12.4 was a typo the dyno actually shows 12.14.
