    6.0 with head work....i would put 230ish/.600ish cam in it

    First of all if the tuner said he could get 10hp... GET IT! May find more. Next, bigger cam as guys said above. And the other mods you have done to the truck make a difference too.

    its got pace setter long tubes, knn intake, ported tb, 3 inch ory to single spintech, stock intake. PnP 317s milled .030



    well to get the extra 10 horses it would have cost $400 and it was only $60 to leave it the way it was

    Get it tuned somewhere else. This guy sounds like he doesn't know his ass from his elbow.
