My trucks(all trucks actually) have that spacer. It is held onto the idler pulley and bolt with a small retaining clip.

So it's something made onto it that's not supposed to come off therefore a picture of it alone makes no sense? I think I get it.
when you order a new pulley you have to take the spacer off to use on the new one. its just a little retaining clip. none of the parts houses or dealerships in my area sold a pulley with the spacer attached. none of the dealerships even listed the spacer. thats why i was asking on here. junk yard saved my ass though.
