    did you notch the frame?
    how does the ac fit?

    Notch the frame for the A/C? No. The only notching I had to do was a very small spot for the passenger exhaust manifold. I used the stock truck manifolds, and had to make a little room for one of the ears on the manifold.

    The A/C fits fine. With the manifolds I posted there is no need to notch the frame. You will have to move the passenger side engine stand back about 2" so it clears the back of the compressor, but that is easy to do.

    Take a look through my build thread. The engine swap starts on post #448. Posts #480 and #481 show the mods I did to the passenger engine stand and adapter plate to make the compressor fit.
